Working with Tricia Kincaid and her team was a great experience. When choosing a Realtor to guide me through both the buying and selling of homes I have some critical attributes that are important to me. The Realtor must be knowledgeable about my market area in order to wisely advise me on both sides of the transaction The Realtor must be trustworthy The Realtor must be honest. The Realtor must perform their duties in an ethical manner. The Realtor must have integrity not only with me but with other Realtors. The Realtor must be a good communicator. I expect them to keep me in the loop on anything going on with any negotiations. The Realtor must be dedicated to their client and profession so I know they are looking out for me. The Realtor must be thorough. They should make sure all the bases are covered in any Purchase Agreement. The Realtor must be prepared for most of the curves that are thrown at us during negotiations. The Realtor must be a good listener. They should understand my needs in buying and selling and is always looking out for my best interests. The Realtor must be ready to make timely and wise recommendations when I get nervous about the status of negotiations. Tricia checks all these boxes. At times I felt like I was her only client even though she had multiple transactions occurring at the same time. She knew when to talk me down when something appeared to be heading in the wrong direction. Plus, a quality I did not have on my checklist that is also very important is her team working with her. This group insures that everything is completed in a timely and accurate manner. When Tricia was busy with other clients I could always count on her team members. Communication & Responsiveness
I would use and recommend Tricia over and over again. This is my 2nd time using her to buy and sell, since 2012. The communication and responsiveness is very timely, clear and concise. You want someone who is experienced to represent you with negotiations, and Tricia is the absolute best! We were on the market a week and had multiple showings with multiple offers. She provides her expert guidance and we followed her recommendations. All of this allowed for two very smooth processes (buying and selling).
